This position requires you to manage the service development in a way which is inclusive of the broader community. You will also be required to supervise all staff including all care, allied health, administrative and service employees. This is a very autonomous role where the successful candidate needs to be proactive and exhibit exceptional management skills.
Your previous experience in a managerial role, teamed with your experience in Aged Care as an AHPRA Registered Division 1 Nurse, ensures your success in this exciting role. Your main responsibility in this role is to manage the development of an integrated service delivery to frail aged people with disabilities and their carers.
